Mohamed Salah really can do no wrong.
Even his most ardent fans can’t have anticipated quite the impact he’d make in his debut season at Liverpool.

But 30 goals later – with the season still only in February – and Salah is in the running for PFA Player of the Year as the Reds’ talisman.
And it appears yesterday Salah wanted to give something back to the supporters who adore him so much.
A Liverpool hero alreadyAFPNot once, not twice, but three times, the ‘Egyptian King’ was spotted in or around the city of Liverpool mingling with the public.
And unsurprisingly he was mobbed on each occasion.
Firstly, he posed for photos with walkers:
Then he nipped into a Fish and Chips shop to taste the local food:
And finally he visited a gym, posing for a large group photo:
And by the looks on the faces of the people he met, it’s fairly obvious he made their day.
Is there anyone on the planet who would have received a better reception than Salah?
