Just when you thought things couldn’t feel any worse for the Gunners this season, they go and do this against Ostersunds in the Europa League.

Giving the ball away cheaply thanks to an error of judgement by young defender Rob Holding, Arsenal’s back-line then failed to intercept a pass from Brwa Nouri, allowing Hosam Aiesh to get in behind the defence and slot home past David Ospina.

Straight from the kick-off, Alex Iwobi gives the ball away, which is duly won by Ostersunds’ English midfielder Curtis Edwards who picks out Ken Sema. The little-known Swedish international then makes simple work of Calum Chambers and strikes low past Ospina.
This is absolutely nuts.
