Tiki-taka.
Bournemouth’s clash with Crystal Palace was more eventful than we could have imagined.
Two well-taken goals, the first from David Brooks and then Patrick van Aanholt, were the highlights of the clash that the home side won 2-1.

Brooks opened the scoring for Bournemouth with a curled finish in the first-half, but van Aanholt briefly restored parity for Palace with his own screamer.
The Dutchman’s strike, although an absolute thunderb*stard, should have been chalked off for offside.
That wasn’t the only notable thing about the strike.
We’re not even taking about the questionable celebration
Wilfried Zaha produced the assist for van Aanholt’s equaliser, however he definitely had Lady Luck on his side before that.
Palace’s talisman was searching for an opening outside the area
He went to lay the ball off to Max Meyer who wasn’t ready to receive the pass
Zaha’s pass comically hit the German
Fortunately for Palace the ball fell back kindly to the Ivorian
Zaha then saw van Aanholt making a forward run from left-back
The Dutchman unleashed his strike
It flew past Asmir Begovic and almost broke the net
We’re fully aware it was a rocket from van Aanholt, but we can’t ignore the hilarious one-two in the build-up.
The incident was similar to Lucas Moura’s inadvertent moment of genius before Harry Kane’s goal against Huddersfield.
Zaha will tell you that he definitely meant this.
