Harry Kane is begging Spurs to let him do military service after watching his side lose 2-1 to Watford.
A day earlier Son Heung-min helped South Korea to Asian Games Gold, meaning he’s avoided military service.
Now, according to unofficial sources, Kane is frantically checking to see if he’s got any South Korean relatives in a bid to have a break from Spurs.
He looks made for a spell in the Territorial ArmyLee Satchell explained: “All the lads were delighted when Sonny won with South Korea and missed out on military service. They couldn’t have been happier for the lad.
“But then Spurs went and did a complete Spursy Spurs by giving away a lead against Watford the game after hammering Man United.
“Harry Kane is devastated. He was straight on the phone to Son to hear how this military service stuff works.
“Now he’s checking ancestry.com to see if he’s got any South Korean blood in him.
“He’s convinced that he’s got an uncle from Seoul and an auntie from Busan.
“If that doesn’t work he’s going to try and petition to get conscription back in the UK. He’s willing to do whatever it takes.”
