Toni Kroos was Germany’s hero after he produced a moment of magic to save Germany from the brink of World Cup elimination.
It took a free-kick in the 95th minute to beat Sweden as Joachim Low’s side were 2-1 winners on the night.

Kroos had the pressure of a nation on his shoulders when he stepped up in stoppage-time.
The Bayern man had been one of Germany’s worst performers on the night, giving the ball away in the buildup to Sweden’s opener through Ola Toivonen.
Kroos however made up for his mistake in the best way possible.
